There came a point for me in early motherhood when I felt so overwhelmed that I didn't know where to start.  I wanted to feel 'better,' but I wasn't sure what that would involve.  Should I read a book on finances?  Make organic homemade baby food?  Paint my nails?  Take up painting?  Learn to meditate?  Maybe I should eat a pint of ice cream!   

We'll look at five hot spots: 
your home, your story, your wallet, your closet, and your calendar. 
You're going to feel amazing when we're done.  You'll have a clear sense of what needs to happen next-- and the space and breathing room to make it happen.   

This is the program I wish I'd had a few years ago, when I was trying to get out of debt, take care of my baby, keep all the balls in the air, and still connect to myself in a deep, soulful way.

  • Weekly group coaching calls starting Wednesday Oct 20th, 6pm PT, 9pm ET (that's Thursday Oct 21st, 10am in Tokyo)                   All calls are recorded, so even if you have to miss a call, you can always catch up.  
  •  Please note that you will be calling a number in the USA to participate in the calls.  

  • A new article each week with exercises, checklists, and practical, useful tips 

  • Membership in a private online forum for encouragement and accountability

I'm forming a beta group of people who will go through the program and help me tweak and polish it with their feedback.  We're starting Wed Oct 20th (Thurs Oct 21st in Japan) and wrapping up the week before Thanksgiving.  If you've been feeling like you want to get things under control before the holidays, this is the group for you.  We'll move fast, laugh a lot, and support each other.
